Ask any woman if they have met a fake man and there answer would be yes but what makes a man fake? Let’s see – the definition of Fake: Having a false or misleading appearance; fraudulent. n. 1. One that is not authentic or genuine; a sham.
We have all met someone fake at some point. Why do people need to lie and pretend to be something they are not? Some people can’t help but lie but one thing is lying about your job title and another thing is romancing a woman and then asking her for money. This is the latest scam going on – men creating fake profiles, joining the singles sites and waiting for their next victim!! Could anyone be foolish enough to fall for a man who sweet talks her and then a few months later he is asking her to wire funds overseas because he has a tumor that needs removal? Believe it or not there are many women that have fallen for such men. These men are targeting women they believe are insecure with low self-esteems.
My best friend has met many of these men, claiming to have fallen head over heels with her and sweet talking her for many months – then the day comes where she receives that email telling her about an emergency overseas trip – father dying – daughter needs new liver (well you get the idea). Read the email to your left just to give you an idea. It makes me sick to my stomach. These men need their testicles handed to them…ASSHOLES!
It saddens me to hear these stories because at one moment she was so happy telling me about the person she met and their conversations …. all the deceit and lies and for what – $ MONEY $ – this is just sad! No one should ever play with someone’s emotions to make a quick buck. Read the email that Mr. Jack Bruce sent when Betty refused to help him out. Seriously? He is calling my BF wicked. I swear if I had that man in front of me. #IDIOT
If you are single and looking for love, please be extra careful. This is not a joke. Always remember, if he/she seems to good to be true – there is something wrong. RUN!!
I can’t pretend to know what it feels like to be single because I don’t know. All I know for sure, is that there is someone for everyone. Just have faith, your prince will come soon. When meeting people on-line, only chat with the ones that live in the same county and try to meet for coffee/dinner (whatever but just meet) to get to know each other better. Paper holds a lot of bullshit – what’s the point in chatting with a person for a few months and then meeting them and being completely disappointed. I prefer face to face. Wouldn’t you agree? Give it time, there is no age limit on finding your true LOVE. Stay positive and && always be true to yourself. If not, my BF always tells me – when one isn’t right she says “NEXT!” 😉
Until tomorrow… Peace & Love xox
